Our Approach

Real Estate Depreciation works in a collaborative manner focusing on achieving a high level of return to the client. If you own a residential property that is used for income producing purposes, then you are able to recover the cost of depreciation or decline in value of that Asset. Our in-depth reports are completed by Qualified Quantity Surveyors, recognised by the Australian Tax Office (ATO) as a qualified person as detailed under the Tax Ruling 97/25, and signed off by a Registered Tax Agent.

Real Estate Depreciation offers two levels of service: a Silver Level without a site inspection and a Gold Level inclusive of a site inspection. For our Silver Service we can provide depreciation Schedules Australia-wide. Our Gold Service is available in the following locations:

South East Queensland Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast
Sydney Metropolitan Region
Canberra Metropolitan Region
Melbourne Metropolitan Region
Perth Metropolitan Region

Our bilingual staff have the capacity to provide our services in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with our reports produced in either English or simplified Chinese.

As per tax legislation requirements, our reports will be signed off by our in-house Registered Tax Depreciation Agent (Registered Tax Agent Nr. 03869 007).
