Jason Thornley

Director and Group CEO

Jason’s extensive experience, gained over the past 25 years, has established him as a skilled project and cost management professional. His collaborative approach to tax depreciation focuses on open and honest client communication through a proactive team leadership role. This inclusive approach is supported by his technical understanding of tax depreciation legislation and his wider construction knowledge.

Over the past 10 years Jason has worked on some of Australia’s premier projects for both private and public clients. Jason has also undertaken numerous tax depreciation schedules in the past 5 years. Jason is a past President of the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is a licensed Tax Agent for the purpose of producing tax depreciation schedules.

Stephen Bisseker

Stephen Bisseker

State Director

Stephen has vast knowledge in cost planning and quantity surveying with his experience spanning across three continents.

Stephen started his career working in the UK before joining an international PQS firm. In his 20 years’ experience Stephen has fulfilled many leading roles including Director, Executive Quantity Surveyor and National Manager as well as being responsible for 70 staff across in a previous role.

Stephen’s vast knowledge has equipped him as an experienced project and cost management professional

Nathaniel Ademokun

Nathaniel Ademokun

Associate

Nathaniel is an experienced Quantity Surveyor providing cost management and quantity surveying services to both private and public sector Clients from feasibility through to post construction over the past 15 years.

He commenced his career in the UK with Faithful and Gould before relocating to Australia in 2008 and has gained experience in a range of Quantity Surveying services from pre to post contract cost management and administration, value management and engineering, estimating and cost planning and bills of quantities.

Prior to joining CCM, Nathaniel was exposed to vast number of small to large scale projects within the commercial, residential, health, education and hospitality sectors for the past 15 years working within large international PQS firms delivering projects under lump sum, design and construct, construction management, managing contract procurement methodologies as well as acting as audit quantity surveyor on a number of projects.

Kim Ding

Kim Ding

Quantity Surveyor

Kim is an experienced Quantity Surveyor whose skills include taking off residential, commercial and industrial projects at different stages. During his career, he has provided estimating and accounting services to contracting companies and the knowledge gained during this time enables him to understand the details of construction processes and cost management to provide our clients with informed and realistic cost estimates.

He is a focused individual and seeks to service our clients with high-quality tax depreciation services. Through his analytical and disciplined approach, Kim ensures that each project on which he works receives dedicated input and achieves the allowable deduction in accordance with the current legislation.

Liam Wood

Liam Wood

Cost Planner

Liam’s past experience of cost management includes techniques with specific regard to the value management of the design. His design background combined with contractor-side experience enables him to understand cost and buildability of designs.

He has been involved in the provision of a variety of quantity surveying services including preliminary cost plans, estimating replacement cost estimates and post contract within the construction industry. Liam’s knowledge and residential background is critical in costing components of residential properties for the purpose of producing tax depreciation schedules.

Frank Wang

Frank Wang

Quantity Surveyor

Frank has experience working on a variety of projects across multiple sectors. Frank started his career working as a project assistant at a residential builder on the Gold Coast.

Frank has a strong understanding of procurement and contract management which ensures projects are delivered in a cost-effective manner, providing value to clients.

Frank has an excellent global insight and mixed cultural background from working in China and Australia.  Frank’s multidisciplinary knowledge across construction management and economics, has equipped him as a strongly quantitative and detail-oriented person.

Frank is skilled in cost estimating and risk management with a strong ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Lucas Hadebe

Lucas Hadebe

Cadet Quantity Surveyor

Lucas has extensive experience in Preliminary Cost Plans and establishing a working budget for the project elements. Lucas is working on various projects in different sectors including commercial, residential, and education to name a few.

Lucas’ role of Cadet Quantity Surveyor supports the wider company team on all projects and engages with various clients, suppliers, builders, and professionals.
